The Liedler concept continues to evolve
In recent years, the Liedler concept has continuously evolved: New findings, techniques and therapy approaches have been added – both for practical application and for teaching in seminars.
Therefore, our entire range of training courses is currently in a phase of restructuring.
What does that mean for you?
- The previous course series is no longer offered in the old form.
- A modular, modern course concept is being created, consisting of online, hybrid and face-to-face formats.
- Courses already completed will of course be credited.
- We regularly inform all interested parties about new dates and structures.

The Liedler concept – the scar technique that makes the difference.
What to expect:
Immerse yourself in the basics of fascial scar work – with a focus on body awareness, theory and self-experience.
You will learn the first two principles of the Liedler concept as well as the application of the ScarArticulationTechnique (NART 1).
Theory (online self-study):
- Access to approx. 5 hours of video material
- Theory platform open from 4 weeks before the practice day
- Content remains accessible for 4 weeks afterwards
- Basics of scars, adhesions & adhesions
- Wound healing & special features in the abdominal cavity
- Principles 1+2 of the Liedler concept
- Application: LK scar test & NART 1
Practice day live via Zoom – 23.09.2025, 15:00–18:00:
Demonstrations for self-experience:
- Shovel grip
- LK scar test
- Mobilization of superficial & deep scar areas
- Application of NART 1
- Punctum fixum – punctum mobile

LK training: Module 1–3 with certificate
The professional deepening – for therapists who want to learn and apply the Liedler concept comprehensively.
This three-part training course with modules that build on each other is aimed at anyone who wants to delve deeper into the concept after the introduction and use it in daily therapeutic practice.
After completing the training and passing the exam, you will receive an official certificate and be included in the list of certified LK therapists.
Module 1 – Basics & Techniques
Focus: Meaning and recognition of healthy tissue; feedback systems, mechanotransduction, basic therapeutic attitude – values, anamnesis, grip techniques, LK scar test
Practice: Shovel grip, LT1+2, NART1, first patient treatment, home exercises
Module 2 – Deepening & Home Exercises
Focus: Recognizing pathophysiological tissue, understanding pain as a warning signal, understanding body trauma, embedding functionality in the treatment
Practice: Principle 3+4, advanced techniques, integration of surrounding joints, home exercise program
Module 3 – Integration & Trauma
Focus: Recognizing compensations in the entire body, visceral midline, NET techniques
Practice: Integration and working with large body systems, combination of techniques, treating complex cases, creating a treatment plan, integration techniques, supervised treatment
Conclusion: Practical test + certificate
Requirement: Completed LK-Basics course
