The Liedler-Concept is more than just a technique – it’s an attitude.
An attitude that doesn’t see scars as a superficial skin issue, but as a profound experience that leaves traces in the body – and wants to be treated.
Our training and further education courses are aimed at osteopaths, physiotherapists, doctors, midwives, masseurs and body therapists who want to understand and change the connection between post-operative scars, fascial adhesions and peritoneal adhesions and functional complaints.
For specialists who want to look beneath the surface with mindfulness, precision and courage – and are ready to break new ground with their patients.

The Liedler-Concept continues to evolve
In recent years, the Liedler-Concept has continuously evolved: New findings, techniques and therapy approaches have been added – both for practical application and for teaching in seminars.
Therefore, our entire range of training courses is currently in a phase of restructuring.
What does that mean for you?
- The previous course series is no longer offered in the old form.
- A modular, modern course concept is being created, consisting of online, hybrid and face-to-face formats.
- Courses already completed will of course be credited.
- We regularly inform all interested parties about new dates and structures.
Our tip:
Use the LK1 online course now as an introduction to the Liedler concept.
It is the mandatory basis for the upcoming course series – and remains available for the time being. If you would like to be added to our info mailing list, simply email us at office@narbenzentrum.at.

The Liedler-Concept – Simple, Effective, and Lasting
A hands-on approach for treating scars, fascial adhesions, and peritoneal restrictions resulting from surgeries or deep injuries.
The focus lies on the sustainable restoration of the body’s sliding layers (yes – mobility can return!), the release of adhesions, the three-dimensional liberation of affected myofascial movement chains, and the reprogramming of neural signal transmission.
Regardless of the age of a scar, with the right manual technique and a precise focus on the involved sliding layer at the correct depth, an astonishing amount of movement can be restored.
Start with Clarity. Stay with Depth. Move with Impact.
Learn to understand the language of scars — and respond to it therapeutically.
This module lays the foundation for your specialized work with postoperative scars, fascial adhesions, and peritoneal restrictions.
